Professional Overview

Kara brings more than 20 years of experience in the service industry, where she built lasting client relationships and developed a strong foundation in communication, organization, and problem-solving. Prior to becoming a stay-at-home mom for several years, Kara worked extensively with clients in roles that required both professionalism and a client-first mindset. Today, she draws on that background to provide exceptional support to both clients and advisors, ensuring a seamless and positive experience in every interaction.

Kara also holds her New York State Notary designation, allowing for client documentation to be completed smoothly and efficiently.

Outside the Office

Kara and her husband Matthew live in Penfield with their 3 children. When they aren’t busy with kids’ sports and activities, they love to travel, find live music to listen to, spend time with family and friends and seek out new adventures. She also proudly serves as the New York National CMV Alliance CO-Chair.
