(Video) Question #8: How Often Will I Hear From You?

July 21, 2020

Today we cover another very important question:  How often will I hear from you? We love this question because over the years we have heard from so many people "I set my accounts up and rarely hear from anyone".  Or, more recently, "I did not hear from anyone when the market went down and I was nervous".    We want to make sure that clients are getting the service they deserve, no matter if they have $100,000 with an advisor or $100 million.  If an advisor takes on a client, they should be proactive in taking care of that client.   That can mean different things to different people, so make sure that you are on the same page with your advisor by asking this question.    Question 9 coming your way tomorrow...  Make it a great day.
